Which factor lies behind the success of a translation company? Few other questions like this question remains to be answered as the translation industry hasn’t got that much history in spite of the fact that have existed long translators august should we opt for new and innovative ideas, strategies and visions to convert good to best and to perfect what can be perfected or should we focus on marketing and advertising as many translation companies do not or can not have a worthy marketing budget and marketing strategies.

Now, as i am making as i do not think concerned perfectionism and success of a translation company depends heavily on being innovative. As for me, what makes the company prosper and build reputation in the industry is finding the right men for the right job. Yes! Only competitive, ambitious and skillful translator is on the asset basically which company capitalizes. A which company has a talented team of translators and restricting eligibility can achieve their goals and objectives efficiently and effectively more. Able and skillful translators are not as easy to status. Which should you hire people? Should we go for the heavy people with resumes and cvs who have a line of intimidating degrees against their names? Hell no! Bear in mind in most cases education seems quite useless.
